Monica is a multi-arts creative & singer-songwriter. Growing up in Hong Kong, and uprooting her life in 2021 to relocate to the UK, she understands all too well the ups and downs an ESEA artist faces. She graduated with Law & Literature Double First Honours at The University of Hong Kong, with an exchange year at The University of Bristol and an exchange semester at Yonsei University in South Korea. She has also been involved in community creative projects in Myanmar and Australia and knows Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Korean and a bit of Burmese.

With a background in community activism & theatre facilitation, when Monica felt unseen and excluded from institutional creative spaces and longed to find a kindred creative community, she founded Made on the Moon and MOON FEST in 2022.

Flora is a novelist and illustrator with a passion for history and cultural exchange. She has published 5 novels to date and previously worked in Germany and Japan engaging locals of all ages at community events and educational activities. Originally from Hong Kong, she lived in California with her family for many years. Recently, she moved to Bristol for its vibrant cultural scenes. These days, you can find her sharing her knowledge and interests with the public at the museums and various events around the city.

Jenny Lee is a graphic designer originally from Malaysia, now based in Bristol.
